We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

• Free tracked delivery on every order.
• Where it ships from: your earrings are packed and dispatched from our supplier’s workshop in China within 1–3 working days.
• Delivery time: most orders arrive 5–10 working days after you order.
• Tracking: as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
• Christmas: order by 8 December for delivery before Christmas.
• Delayed parcels: if your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 working days, email us at support@moissaly.com and we’ll chase it or send a replacement.
